PHILIPPINES

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, clean, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wearducky.com or message us at our Facebook page. Please attach an image of your item on the e-mail. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, our warehouse is based in the PHILIPPINES and you may incur charges should you ship the item to us as we will not accept the item without prior acknowledgement.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package (take note that you will shoulder the shipping costs for the exchange). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, our warehouse is based in the PHILIPPINES and you may incur charges should you ship the item to us as we will not accept the item without prior acknowledgement.

We would usually ship a new pair for free if your current pair is damaged instead of exchanging the items due to the high cost of shipping.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 7 days, we will assume that there is no problem with your order


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards, unless damaged


Exchanges

PHILIPPINES

Orders of wrong sizes CAN BE EXCHANGED during the first delivery. However, the customer must shoulder the expense of shipping back the item to our warehouse. We will then ship the newly requested exchanged size of the same item free of charge. Exchanges are only allowed within 7 days receiving the item and ONLY FOR SIZE CHANGES. Change of mind is not acceptable as a reason for returning or exchanging. ITEMS THAT ARE DIRTY OR DAMAGED cannot be refunded nor exchanged for sanitary reasons.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders of wrong sizes cannot be exchanged, should you wish to exchange, you will incur the shipping fee TO and FROM our warehouse in the PHILIPPINES. We recommend that you just order a new item.
For wrong sizes, we recommend just ordering a new pair and we will shoulder the shipping fee for the new ordered pair.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
